Brackley Town have signed midfielder Charlie Cooper on a free transfer following his release by Yeovil Town. The 29-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan at Kidderminster Harriers, helping the club earn promotion to the National League via the play-offs. Cooper has previously played for clubs including Forest Green Rovers, Woking, Wealdstone and Oldham Athletic. "Brackley stood out for me. After speaking to the gaffer Andy Whing, it was clear it was the perfect fit, and I'm looking forward to getting started," Cooper told the club website. Cooper joins Brackley Town as the club looks to build on their recent success in the National League North. The signing of Cooper is a boost to the team's midfield and will provide competition for places in the starting lineup. Brackley Town fans will be excited to see Cooper in action and will be hoping that he can help the team achieve their goals in the upcoming season.
